For all you people reading this that have a job and would like to fire your boss. Many of you are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Many of you would do something different if you could. But with the house payment, car payments, and saving for the kid’s college fund, we complain, but we stay in our comfort zone and stay in the rut. Some of you might have excuses like, “ I’m too busy, the kids school activities keep me busy, or my spouse won’t let me do it”. Now we attend all our kids sporting events and every school function,without having to take a day off, or ask permission from the boss to attend.

For all you independent business owners or franchise owners who are reading this, I have owned (3) independent pizzerias with over (30) employees for over (13) years.
